A Side of Culture {Prerequisite – The Basics of Culture}
In this half day session, we will expand on our knowledge learned in The Basics of Culture and take the process of fermentation to a whole new level. In this session you will:
Learn about fermented condiments such as ketchup, mustard, hot sauce & relish etc.
Discuss simple pantry ‘upgrade’ ideas to reduce your amount of processed foods.
Make 4 recipes.
